I am thankful for the wonderful care I have received from Dr. Guss for over 10 years. Dr. Guss is knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and kind, and she always takes the time to listen and provides the utmost care. I am extremely grateful to her.
I have been a patient of Dr. Guss for many years. I only write reviews when I have something nice to say. This is an exception . I was 10 minutes late for an important pre op physical that I had scheduled 3 weeks earlier and Dr. Guss sent her nurse to the waiting room to inform me she had cancelled my appointment. The reason given was that 10 minutes of my 20 minute appointment had passed. This was shocking and humiliating as well as costly for me in many ways. I have never had a worse experience with a physician. She treated me with a complete lack of empathy and respect. I would give zero stars if I could.
I've been seeing Dr. Guss for years now. She's very nice, very considerate and listens. She's up to date on the right lab tests and gives me a copy of my results. Highly recommend.
Every time I go there is little to no wait. However, I wish you all had electronic medical records and my chart or something similar where I can track my labs and schedule apts
