Dr. Godwin is a Godsend. She was my primary OBGYN with my first pregnancy, unfortunately moved and was out of network with my second, and then my husband got a better job opportunity and got in network insurance so I was able to return to her for the majority of my third pregnancy. I had a precipitous labor with my second (I delivered 40 minutes after I arrived at the hospital with my second) and I had MAJOR anxiety about the delivery of my third because I knew in my heart she was going to come quickly again. Dr. Godwin and staff are absolutely amazing! They helped me through a full term twin pregnancy and delivered two beautiful healthy babies. The staff was so welcoming every time I was there (which was a lot because I had a high risk pregnancy). They were incredible with my FMLA for work and anything needed during my pregnancy.
Was kind and patient with me throughout my entire pregnancy and answered any and all questions I had. Delivered my baby via C section and the incision was straight and clean. She is an excellent doctor.
Just when you think it’s not possible to find a doctor that actually listens or cares, you then meet Dr. Godwin and her staff. She deserves this 5 star and much more for how genuine and kind she is to me, my family and other friends I’ve referred to her. She talks to me on a level that I can understand with out making me feel uneducated. I’m thankful for her taking time to explain procedures and answering questions.
