I've never written a review for anything, but after my experience yesterday (12/28/22), i had to see if there was anyone else who's had the same experience as me, and now it looks like a pattern with this office. I was looking for a new Dr. and called on 8/9/22. I was told the first available appt with Dr. Burks wasn't until 12/14/22. I really didn't want to wait 4 months, but I took the appt. Waited months for my first appointment while on the list to be notified should an earlier appointment come available- only to be told burks will now be unavailable the day of my appointment so it was moved to 5 months from now! Totally ridiculous
