Jennifer genuinely cares about my well being.
What is the point in having a 15 minute grace period when you call ahead of time and advise you’ll be 5 minutes late for an appointment at 4 pm. Told you have 15 minutes and then walk in only 3 minutes late (4:03 pm) to be told you have to be rescheduled. Because the Dr has an appointment to get to and it’s only an Atrium policy but the office manager allows them to do what they want to! Another reason to reschedule is because he’s not been seen in 2 years!!!
They take great care of me and my needs
West Wilkes Clinic is nice. Dr.Dryer she under standing. Takes time to talk with you. Staff is helpful in the clinic and with appointments.
