I called to add a new vehicle to my insurance policy and it was an absolute breeze. Adriana helped me through the process and emailed me the temp insurance cards within minutes. Wonderful experience!
Ms Arianna was extremely helpful and very kind and accommodating. As well, the associate at the Emerald Isle office was extremely helpful and very pleasant. And everything was taken care of quickly.
I moved from NJ to NC. while selling my home and getting ready to move, I contacted the agency. They were beyond helpful in getting me auto, home and wind/hail insurance that I needed. As I can't hear on the phone, everything was done through email. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Great customer service, thank you! Moving again but within NC. Again I received great service, explaining the differences in my insurance. I've been with State Farm for many years and have always been pkeased.
