We can’t say enough wonderful things about Jennifer! We first worked with Jennifer eight years ago when we purchased and sold our home in Maple Ridge, BC. When we made the decision to relocate from BC to Alberta for our daughter’s hockey and I found out Jennifer was working in the area, I knew immediately we had to use her again! With a very tight timeline, we needed to find a home and close quickly, all while purchasing sight unseen. Jennifer went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as po... read more
We are so grateful to Jennifer DiPetra and her son Nicolas for helping us through our real estate journey. Jennifer helped us purchase our first home five years ago, and that experience was smooth and positive. When it came time to sell that home and purchase our next one, the process turned out to be much more complicated than we anticipated, including an unexpected water event during the sale. Jennifer and Nicolas were incredible throughout the entire process. Jennifer’s experience, professionalism, and guidance were inva... read more
We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jennifer, especially as first-time home buyers. Buying our first home was a big and sometimes stressful experience for us, and having someone who was so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive made all the difference. Jennifer was incredibly available throughout the entire process, often responding to questions at all times of the day. She always took the time to explain things clearly and make sure we understood what was happening, rather than ever making us feel rushed or... read more
We cannot recommend Jennifer highly enough! She helped us find our dream acreage in the country and also guided us through the sale of our home in the city. From start to finish, she went far above and beyond what you would normally expect from a realtor. She staged our home beautifully, gave us excellent advice throughout the entire process, and was always available whenever we had questions. Thanks to her hard work and attention to detail, our home sold in a timely manner. She even had her husband come by to cut the grass ... read more
Jennifer was awesome to work with through the entire process! My clients had been looking for a townhome in the Pitt Meadows area and Jennifer went the extra mile with asking if there were certain listings we had seen and it was so nice to have a beyond the norm helpful convo with another agent! We asked millions of questions and she replied pretty much immediately to all of them and my clients felt very confident in the home and strata property that they were purchasing a great deal in part due to her knowledge. Thank you s... read more
