Just outstanding, very friendly and explains things at my level. She has been our family Doctor for several years and we are very happy with her and the staff.
Scheduled an appointment over 3 months ago with Dr. Daly, completed the paper work, and was notified the day before my appointment they were canceling because she doesn’t accept new patients. The online registration specifically asked if I was new patient and I completed new patient paperwork. I found the entire experience horribly unprofessional. Very professional as always. Covered all my concerns and assisted with making a plan for future COPD problems.
Dr. Daly has been my Dr. since she started at Castle Rock. She is great. Very thorough, competent, professional and personable. Don’t want to leave her. Hope she stays at C.R. till I no longer need her.
