My first consultation with Dr. Son today was excellent. She is approachable, understanding, and readily applied her knowledge and expertise to answer my myriad of questions In an easily understandable way. The information she provided helped me to feel more comfortable about next steps.

ZERO star for Kiki. Irresponsible. I was given appointment dates during my in-person visit, and the assistant (Kiki) said she would follow up the next business day to confirm the exact times. The procedure was supposed to take place within a week, so timing is important. I never received that follow-up. It’s now been three business days, and I haven’t been able to get a call back to confirm. This has been very frustrating while trying to coordinate time-sensitive care.
