I absolutely love this Doc and her assistant both. She always takes time to listen and is thorough, never makes you feel rushed. I feel like I am getting excellent care with her, not having things dismissed. In these days of Primary Care Docs being over booked and over worked, it is so delightful to find one that is able to still take proper time for her patients, and for that I also have to give kudos to Skagit Regional Health, as Optum sure does not seem to allow for the same with their staff! I waited no more than five minutes before I was called in. After initial work by the nurse no time passed before I saw my Dr. Dr. Lawrence listen to my needs with informative about my concerns and we worked out a plan for new medication’s. I came away feeling as though I had accomplished my goals for the appointment.
We’ve only met once but Doctor was approachable and seemed to genuinely care about what I was saying.
