Dr. Cook has been our doctor for probably 20 years now and I trust her implicitly. She may not have the most exuberant bedside manner, but she's very professional and empathetic and listens, which is what I want from my doctor.

Dr Cook has my primary care provider for over 15 yrs. She is professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

I was a new patient. When I made my appointment 2 weeks before the appointment date, I was asked my insurance, name dob, etc. Upon arrival, the girl at the front desk was on her phone, texting, and after a few seconds standing in front of her, she acknowledged me. Told her who I was, she asked me for the usual, drivers license and insurance card. She then proceeded to look up everything and had to make a call to someone else about the insurance. This is the first bad review I’ve ever written. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but man this place is ridiculous. I was literally 5 minutes late, and the Dr., despite being there, tells me I have to reschedule. Nobody asked me why I was there. I had to wait 2 weeks and shut down my business to get in. Never mind the fact I spent a day at the ER and all I need is a referral to a pulmonologist, because I CANT BREATH. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about you don’t use Dr Cook.
