Jennifer Convertibles exceeded our needs. We were able to find a behind the sofa table & 2 chairs. The staff went above and beyond our expectation from the time we entered the store. They were so friendly, helpful and really down to earth. The store has a great selection of quality items that were very unique. When we made the purchase, one of the sales staff helped us carry the table a few blocks in our vehicle (it was also freezing outside!).

NEVER PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE. Nothing but a headache. We made a big purchase in the beginning of June of floor samples and new furniture and still haven't received everything we ordered. First it took a while for the sales people to send pictures of floor samples we purchased. Reading the negative reviews, I felt I had to post my positive experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased to sets of living room recliners one with a pull out bed. The furniture is beautiful and seems well made. I did have an issue at about month 14 where a piece of metal snapped. I purchased the extended warranty, the technician dispatched indicated that they had never seen this issue before and that while it wasn't covered by the service contract I should contact Jennifer Convertibles.
