WORST customer service – I ordered a sofa from Jennifer Convertibles in July. The delivery date kept getting pushed back further and further, despite my taking days off of work to sit home and wait for deliveries that never happened. Finally showed up in October and was torn down one side. 2 months later they sent the repairman to fix the tear. The stress and terrible customer service make their cheap prices (for admittedly cheap-looking furniture) NOT WORTH IT!
6 months of headache - still not over! – When we purchased 3 pieces of furniture from Jennifer Convertibles, we were told it would be delivered in 6 weeks. It took 3 months for delivery and when the last piece (an armchair) arrive it was ripped! After waiting 3 months I accepted the chair and immediately called the customer service department. I was told that a new arm for the chair would arrive within 4 weeks and that a customer service technician would come out and replace it. That was 3 months ago and still - no arm! It h... read more
