Great doctor and the office staff is great too. Always has someone return your calls when you need something. She listens to you and doesn’t rush you
Office is terrible. Charged me instead of insurance. I kept insisting they are wrong and I shouldn’t be paying so much for just standard bloodwork. Been trying to resolve this for months. At this point eat the bad review because you have taken money out of my daughter’s mouth. And no one is ever available to help by phone. Not at the office. Not at pro health. Do your jobs.

I have never seen a doctor more disinterested, less curious, or more condescending than Dr. Schwarz. She questioned the validity of my symptoms and actually seemed annoyed that I made an appointment with her. She dismissed me saying she would take a blood test and get back to me. Naturally her nurse called me several weeks later to tell me that she found nothing and to return to my primary care doctor with any questions. Very negative experience.
