Dr Chong is great, she takes the time to discuss issues you may have and reviews all tests, vaccines, etc you need.
My wife and I highly recommend Dr. Chong. Beautiful new office located conveniently on San Filipe.
Dr. Chong is really nice as a doctor, but her staff has made it so I will never go see her again. They moved almost 25 minutes further away from me over the summer but they have shown no grace about how hard it is to get over there quickly. Every interact with nurses is rude at this new location and I'm through rushing over and driving further just to be insulted for not being on time.
This was the strangest/worst experience I have ever had at a Doctor's office. I had two scheduled Doctor's appointments with Dr. Chong for my daughter's for a month. Her office informed me they had to cancel one of them and reschedule for new technology upgrades or something of the sorts. My appointments were scheduled for back to back days. Due to one of my daughter's become very ill coincidentally, i tried calling Dr. Chong's office 3 times and left a voice mail prior to my appointment asking if i could switch appointments... read more
Terrible experience. Dr. Chong is never available when you need urgent care, and the staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
