Jennifer Caskey is the absolute best. My insurance is actually changing where I must use UofL providers and I’m choosing to pay out of pocket to keep going to her. I’m honestly surprised to see any negative reviews. I feel like she is one of the few doctors I’ve ever trusted and really appreciate her honesty and laid back approach. She is wonderful!
I saw Dr Esther Costel for over 25 years & never had any problems with communication & had a wonderful relationship with her. I did not find this level of care, communication or expertise with Jennifer Caskey. Refill requests from the pharmacy were ignored until I pointed out that my health would be at risk. If you can afford concierge service or have complicated health issues, see Dr Costel.

Jennifer Caskey, Terrible experience, I was severely sick, she was my pcp. I made an appointment early in the morning the following day. It took every inch of energy to pull myself together to get there, for them only to tell me they don’t take my insurance anymore, I told them why didn’t they see that prior to me coming. I told them I would self pay because I was so sick and had already been to the little clinic and wasn’t well, they told me to follow up with my pcp. She turned away care for me. I’ve been seeing her for 3 years now and always feel important and cared for when I’m there. I appreciate that she takes a holistic approach and doesn’t recommend meds right away. She encourages lifestyle changes first, then medication.
