I will never see Jennifer Caskey again and I highly recommend you don’t, either. She is condescending and has terrible bed side manner. I have seen her a total of three times, and each time has been horrible. She lacks empathy and I’m very unsure why she is even in healthcare.
My daughter is seeing Jennifer, and having a terrible experience. Jennifer doesn't listen, doesn't call back, and apparently doesn't review blood work. Her tests show she needs an iron infusion, and my daughter can't get a call back to go over the results and get things ordered. This treatment has been the same over several visits, it's not like Jennifer was just having an off day.
Jennifer Caskey is the absolute best. My insurance is actually changing where I must use UofL providers and I’m choosing to pay out of pocket to keep going to her. I’m honestly surprised to see any negative reviews. I feel like she is one of the few doctors I’ve ever trusted and really appreciate her honesty and laid back approach. She is wonderful!
