This woman dispatch me home after doing a wrong assessment I deliver later at home it happened more than a year ago and still infuriate me how inconsiderate and unprofessional she was. I never receive an apology from her and/or the hospital. The customer service of this hospital is also questionable.
Dr Carmen was amazing! She delivered my baby girl Grace. She explained everything to my husband and I and told us the benefits and risks of everything. She took time to answer all of my questions and she frequently checked up on me. She was so supportive and kept encouraging me to keep pushing even when I just wanted to give up. I would give her 100 stars if I could 🙂
