PREVEA is great and Dr. Burns is great. I have been going there for years and she has been outstanding. Great bedside manners. She treat you like family. Very concerned about your quality of care.

Dr. Burns was very inconsiderate. She kept interrupting me, saying there was nothing that would help me, and that she didn’t even recommend testing to figure out what was wrong because nothing would fix it. I have good days and bad days with bladder issues, so the different symptoms show up differently each day, but she kept saying there was no evidence of something wrong in my bladder scans. The days those scans were taken happened to be good days. She seemed to not believe me when I was telling her my symptoms. I felt comp... read more
