Dr. Burns was very inconsiderate. She kept interrupting me, saying there was nothing that would help me, and that she didn’t even recommend testing to figure out what was wrong because nothing would fix it. I have good days and bad days with bladder issues, so the different symptoms show up differently each day, but she kept saying there was no evidence of something wrong in my bladder scans. PREVEA is an amazing clinic. I have been going there for years and all the doctors have been outstanding. Great bedside manners. They treat you like family. Very concerned about your quality of care.
Dr. Burns was condescending and dismissive. She had by far, the worst “bedside manner” of any doctor I’ve ever seen. I would not go to her for care.
Dr. Burns and her staff were kind and caring. They were very accepting of my sister and I asking questions and answering them completely. They were patient and understanding. I would recommend her as a urologist and terrific doctor.
I was sent with a referral to Dr. Burns from my gynecologist, when I got there she entered the room and basically said I was there wasting her time and mine. I told her what my gynecologist wanted me to get done and she said she didn’t see it necessary to do a bladder scan, she did it because I insisted and when she did the procedure she was very rough and hurt me while inserting the catheter not once but twice because she simply did not want to do it, her assistant was very kind and she felt bad because she apologized to me... read more
