My experience with Dr Burns was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a surgeon in my life. Her lack of empathy was deeply shocking, hurtful, and frankly, traumatic. If it were possible to give her a zero, based on her bedside manner, I would do so. Stay clear!!
Absolutely horrible front desk staff while there for an appt. Not only are they extremely unfriendly they are rude. There was a young man with Cerebral Palsy that was dumped in the waiting room by his caregiver and he sat there for 30 mins by himself waiting for his brother. He was starting to get agitated and was asking for his brother. The entire front end staff ignored him and a pt in the waiting room ended up assisting him. You need to train your staff better or get rid of them. Their behavior and attitude is absolutely ... read more
Everything she said she did. Everybody was friendly and courteous, and answered all my questions and I would go back to her. She did a great job.
I give her 1 star for making it thru medical school !!! She was very cold, and lacked any sort of empathy. She wouldn't let me finish my sentences and made me feel like my disease process was my fault. She had ordered a CT scan the week before my appointment and didn't even bother to review the results. There's no care in your demeanor and I will never see her again !!
