She’s been our “doctor” for a couple years now and my use of quotes is because I’ve never even had an appointment with her. She’s NEVER available. The last straw was when my husband was clearly sick, somehow managed to get a next day appointment through triage but only to be canceled on. They called and said, since he is sick, he is not allowed in the office “because they are small and have lots of elderly patients” so it has to be virtual. Dr Boozer saved me from having future serious heart problems because of her early detection of my heart valve problem. None of my other doctors detected it. Horrible experience here. I’m new to LA County and my PCP in OC has been on extended leave so I needed to find a new doctor local to me. I found Dr. Boozer thru my insurance’s in-network providers. I’ve seen so many PCP’s in my lifetime and this has never been the case: upon arriving, they let you know you can only do EITHER a physical appt OR address health problems.
