This “doctor” saw my husband as he was establishing care with a PCP after being in rehab for a few months. She was the most inconsiderate, careless, and heartless physician I have ever encountered. She also refused to prescribe him the medications he needed to prevent withdrawal, or worse- another relapse. You’d think a doctor would have compassion towards addicts if they understood scientifically what’s going on in their brains. Shame on this provider.
Jennifer is the best! She always feels like a friend when I go to see her. She makes me feel so comfortable and answers any questions and concerns I have. I have seen other providers for regular check-ups, and she is by far the best care I’ve had in that regard. I really appreciate that she looks you in the eye rather than buries her head into a computer screen during our appointments (I’ve had this experience before!). She’s not very helpful with things and kind of rushes through the appointments. I’ve had two with her, willl be looking for someone else with more patience/interest in helping.
