Doctor is professional and explains things to me. Good parking that is covered. Nice Libertyville office. Makes it easy for my VA provided Caregiver.
My appointment with Dr. Bernstein may be the single best medical experience of my life. She instantly made me feel at ease, heard and understood. I have been struggling with foot pain for almost 3 years, I’ve been to 4 doctors and the issues have only deteriorated. In one 30 minute session, Dr. Bernstein identified, explained and developed a treatment plan for me. She has earned my trust and respect and I encourage anyone and everyone who needs a podiatrist to make an appoint with her.
This is probably my 8th or 9th appointment with Dr. Jennifer Berstein and each one is better than the last visit. The doctor listens carefully to my concerns and provides both great feedback and takes appropriate action when needed. I recommend her highly for anyone in need of podiatric services in northern Illinois.
Dr was very personable and my exam was very thorough. Definitely recommend her as your podiatrist.
I had a great first visit w/Dr. Bernstein. She was thorough and explained my problem, remedies, do’s, and don’ts. She’s friendly and chill. I liked that she didn’t over-medicate.
