My first appointment went ok, but the pain continued. She really did not take my pain seriously. A couple appointments and my chart messages later, she was still brushing off my pain, telling me to continue taking a medicine that wasn't helping, and was just guessing at a diagnosis. I asked for further testing which she denied. I left and went elsewhere where they ordered a test and camp up with a diagnosis quickly and got me on a treatment plan.
Had a consultation with J. Benson today. She was friendly, but more importantly very professional and helpful. She answered all questions and listened to concerns. She clearly outlined the benefit and risks of procedures. She and the entire staff were outstanding.
Most useless unhelpful dr I’ve ever experienced.. “just don’t burp” are you actually joking?! Super unprofessional and condescending. -10/5 you are actual trash 🚮
