Dr. Benson is very rude and impatient. I went to her years ago and decided to give her another chance but nothing has changed. She will cut you off when you’re talking and acts like you’re wasting her time by coming in for a visit. She does the bare minimum and nothing more even if it doesn’t work. Go somewhere else if you’re able to. It’s not worth it.
The Absolute Worst Bedside Manor. Buts in Everytime you ask a Question. I've been Sober from Alcohol for 5 years and to this day the woman still thinks I drink. Lol it's funny but it's not. Just another Doctor that hates thier Job and it's our fault. Woman needs to not be a cold heartless Doctor which she should not be. I'll continue to pray for her. God bless America
My first appointment went ok, but the pain continued. She really did not take my pain seriously. A couple appointments and my chart messages later, she was still brushing off my pain, telling me to continue taking a medicine that wasn't helping, and was just guessing at a diagnosis. I asked for further testing which she denied. I left and went elsewhere where they ordered a test and came up with a diagnosis quickly and got me on a treatment plan.

Had a consultation with J. Benson today. She was friendly, but more importantly very professional and helpful. She answered all questions and listened to concerns. She clearly outlined the benefit and risks of procedures. She and the entire staff were outstanding.
