Jennifer was amazing right from the start. She was locating me condos in the middle of Covid and Face-timing me the showings on each property. I was able to select a few that I really liked and eventually made a purchase decision on one. I made plans to fly down and she picked me up at the airport and drove me to the property for a walk thru. From there she gave me an amazing 2 hour tour of the area which was hugely helpful. Jennifer Ball went beyond excellence in showing homes after homes and helping us until closing with everything from important issues with our loan to small scrapes while we traveled back and forth to look at homes, finding excellent quality temporary shelter until new home was ready.
