Always enjoy going to see Jenny. She always listens to everything and always takes care of my concerns. Very professional.
I was able to hear crystal clear out of my left ear. But when Jennifer spayed water in ear to finish cleaning it out. It plugged right back up.
Jennifer Rickert and the staff are great. Very accommodating and answer all my questions. Never feel rushed and Jennifer is very thorough, always pleasant.
I’ve had a great experience with Jenny. She’s incredibly professional, thorough, and really takes the time to listen. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients, and I always feel well taken care of during every visit. Highly recommend!
