I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. it was a total waste of money. She did not help me cope with my situation and all she cared about was getting her money for the visit. Its a total business operation. She's a nice enough woman but I think her apartment on the East side of Manhattan is just too much rent and changes her views on helping people. She's gotta get those weekly appointments to make due.

I can always count on them Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it
