I recently saw Dr. Manders' office for a thing under my breast. I am so crazy I was trying to work up anxiety and the staff was so doggone nice and pleasant I could not do it. lol. Then in comes this Dr. with these cute little quirky eyeglasses on like a ray of sunshine. I felt so good when I left that day. I love a good customer service experience and I got one from the front to the back. I look forward to my next appointment. Absolutely do NOT go here. I am currently dealing with a mass in my breast and sought care from Dr. Manders’ office. Unfortunately, I was met with shocking levels of disrespect and cruelty. I spoke with her PA and tried to explain my situation — I have severe anxiety and panic attacks, and due to a traumatic experience during a previous biopsy (where the local anesthetic did not work and I ended up in the ER in excruciating pain), I requested to be placed under general anesthesia for any future procedures. Outstanding Experience with Dr. Manders I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Manders. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Dr. Manders is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also takes the time to truly listen and explain things in a way that’s easy to understand.
