Dr. Brown is the worst doctor I have ever seen in all my 50 years. We waited 30 mins in the exam room until I finally got up to see what was going on. She was on her computer, and I said “are you the doctor seeing my husband?” She replied “yes” “oh is he in there”? Like really? and then walked into the exam room. Like seriously it took me to get up and see where she was for 30 mins? Next came in, didn’t even introduce her self to my husband, or me since she was not our attending doctor. Ours was on vacation! I went in today as a sick visit. She only ran a strep test after looking down my throat and asking if my tonsils were normally large, like what? You are the doctor here. Then proceeded to tell me that it was “Probably” laryngitis and that I didn’t need any antibiotics. So now I’m still sick, other then the strep test she did not do anything else.. I feel like she did not care and that she had other things to worry about. I will never go back to her again.
I regret to report my visit with Dr. Brown in Apr 2023 was subpar. I went in with pain on left side of neck. I thought I had a pulled muscle, but wasn’t sure. Dr. Brown didn’t tell me what she thought the problem was. She just gave me a shot in my neck where the pain was and sent me on my way. She didn’t tell me what was in the shot, or what the diagnosis was. She didn’t give me much information at all. I have since learned through the portal her diagnosis was “poss pulled muscle”.
