Doctor Auer is a very attentive specialist who spends a lot of time with the patient. In addition to selecting hearing aids, she also provided helpful advice on training the auditory channel.
I had a hearing aide I was issued from the VA go crazy and due to how many vets they service, understandably, they couldn’t schedule me for 2 months. I called Doc Auer and she bent over backwards to help me when the VA couldn’t. The level of care and time she genuinely spent with me making sure I was setup correctly meant a lot. Will go back in a heart beat.
