She is very chatty, and will try to sell you on every house. Claims she notices every minute detail and is meticulous, but missed some major issues with our recent purchase. Told us to bid at asking when markets are nowhere near that range. Good, but use caution and stick to your gut instincts.

Such a great realtor and answered our constant questions, set up an additional tour the same day, even after we had toured everything on our list previously.
