Dr. Kho is the absolute worst! I went in to see her with a referral from UCLA so my fee should have been a $5 co-pay which I paid in full at the office visit. Dr. Kho came in the room, looked at my finger and said there's nothing I can do to help you. I left and she charged my insurance $365. The insurance paid then I received a bill for $47.94. I spoke with her office several times and they couldn't seem to help me so I finally paid the unfair charge.
I am very greatful to dr Kho. Back in 2022 I fractured badly in several pieces my left hand and wrist. She was able to reconstruct my hand piece by piece. Today 2025 my hand feels normal and barely can see the scar. From my heart ...Thank you.
I was referring someone to Dr Kho and when I saw the reviews, I had to say something. My experience with Dr Kho was awesome. First of all, after 3 other professionals, she was the only one who diagnosed me correctly. A pulley tendon rupture. We did the surgery and now my finger is back to new. I highly recommend Dr Kho.
When she comes in the office, has no smile or welcoming attitude, very rude and has a chip on her shoulders. Does not take time to listen to my hand issues. Kho takes less than 5 minutes to see me and always rushing to end the appointment. I had to remind her several times to write me a prescription for physical therapy. I called the office to schedule an appointment with another doctor and the office manager was rude and was questioning why I'm swithching doctors. Dr. Kho is amazing. I shattered my wrist snowboarding and she got me in for surgery the following week. Very good surgeon and great bedside manner. I would highly recommend her for all injuries below the shoulder. My father also saw her for a severe finger injury. He is an MD as well. He would also recommend Dr. Kho. I'm overall very happy with how well my wrist has healed. Again, really great doctor. She talks a little fast. Just keep that in mind.
