We were seen 3 times. This review is not for bedside manner, or anything along those lines. This is purely false confidence and neglect. The first appointment was great, we were finally referred to ENT and was able to get our child severely needed tubes after 9 mistreated ear infections by 5 unknowledgeable pediatricians at BDH office. The second two appointments were useless because this provider does not test correctly. The last appointment I made myself, the parent, on call because I knew our child wasn’t hearing.
