Jennie has been a godsend to my healing! I would have never expected Chair Yoga could be as beneficial as it has been, thanks to Jennie! Her tailored program each week for me has been something I look forward to each week. We do our sessions online as she now lives on the West Coast but it doesn’t matter. She is so positive and patient with my left hip issue and she is making a huge difference in my movement! Highly recommend her online or in-person!

Jennie is a great teacher! I am often amazed at the new and interesting poses she has to share and how she personalizes and customizes her classes for her students...something for everyone. She is genuinely interested in each student, remembers things about them and their families and shares her passion and understanding of yoga in ways that will truly help people and meet them where their bodies and capabilities are. My life and yoga practice are all better because of Jennie and her wonderful yoga classes.
