Jenni was involved in all aspects of 2 recent transactions. One was the selling of a home the other a purchase of a home using the 1031 Exchange. She was extremely helpful in identifying potential mold which was confirmed by inspection and chemical analysis which permitted me to not purchase that property. We first met Jenni in 2009 and purchased 3 homes long distance from Illinois. When you work with Jenni you are in good knowledgeable hands. She has a gift for reading her clients needs and guiding them through the stressing buying/selling process. Jenni keeps up to date on market trends as well as home improvement contacts etc. She is always available to answer your questions. You truly make a lifelong friend when you work with her. We have sent many of our friends to her when they were looking for homes.
We can't say enough about Jenni's help finding our new home. She was very patient with us even though this was our first time buying a home. She sat down with us the first day to get to know what we were looking for and then started searching for homes right away. She was always available even on short notice. We are very happy with our new home thanks to Jenni!
Jenni was introduced to us by a close friend who previously benefitted from her expertise. Jenni was amazing. She both listed our house and assisted with finding a new one. In both cases there was a need for pressure to be applied to the other party. Jenni was our ally through both transactions and took the time to go the extra mile when needed.
