When I first called Jenni she was quick to respond and within few minutes she was able to answer all my questions. By the time we went to the hospital I texted her that I was going to labor and I could see that she’s very reliable. She told me when she was coming and if there was something in the way she was always letting me know what was going on.. This is the most unprofessional person. She takes days to respond to your inquiry, after setting up a date to meet, she didn’t show up and after scheduling a second date last minute she cancels because she is going to book another family.
We were so pleased to have Jenni as our Doula and could not have asked for more from her! My birth went as well as I could have imagined with no complications and I credit a lot of that to Jenni. She emotionally supported me all throughout pregnancy and postpartum, encouraging whatever birth plan I wanted without judgement while also providing knowledge and information for each decision. I will forever be grateful that Jenni was a part of our birth team!! I cannot image how my homebirth would have unfolded without her. As a FTM I did not realize how far into labor I was and how quickly I was progressing. She provided a tremendous amount of comfort and support while we waited for my midwife to arrive.
