Jenni was GREAT to work with! She made the process of selling a property very easy. We went from listing the property for sale to closing in approximately 6 weeks!! She was very patient, answered all of our questions and the attention we received was excellent. We plan on using Jenni for any additional purchases or sales in the future and we highly recommend her.
We were doing a more complicated real estate exchange and were on a deadline. We stayed with another agent too long and only had one unreasonably low offer in 6 months. We switched to Jenni and within a week we had an offer at our asking price which was within $5K of the previous listing. I do not know how she did that but we were very grateful, appreciative and impressed that she did what she said she was going to do. Jenni and Faith were awesome to work with and I highly recommend them both.
