My family loves Dr. Qin. She has been our family doctor for over three years and sees my kids regularly. Out of the dozens of visits, we have had only positive experiences. Her entire team has been a blessing. They have gone above and beyond to meet our needs. Five stars for exceptional health care- professional, organized, clean, and genuinely caring for patients.
Dr.Qin is an excellent physician. She listens to you and she always treats you with respect. She has always "fixed' any problem I had. Makes suggestions regarding exercise etc.
Worst Dr's experience possible. Front staff completely unable to communicate with patients. Too lazy to check patient's information. Don't care about your time. Hope you like waiting rooms. Dr Jenny is ok, if you can ever see her. Staff is horrible. Hospital assistant director lied directly to my face and when I called her on it she changed her story. Good luck, there are still some good Drs and staff out their. Find another one.
