Horrible Customer Service and Lousy Dry Cleaner – i used the Cheshire store to have a blouse dry cleaned. It came back with most of the snaps missing. This blouse had been cleaned and pressed elsewhere with no problem. When I complained, to the owner no less, I was told that they did nothing wrong. Apparently I brought it in with no snaps in order to scam them. Absolutely ridiculous. She even called me a liar in front of my six year old. I was furious. I will never use them again.

Tend to shrink clothes by laundering instead of dry cleaning. – Three years ago, they shrunk a polo shirt, refused to take any responsibility. I stopped going. I gave them another shot recently, and they shrunk a very expensive polo shirt by laundering it, even though it was 70% silk. They again refused to take responsibility. There won't be a third strike.

lost jacket – They lost my jacket.They refused to look in there 'unclaimed' just to check if it was there. Woman got indignant .
