I needed to move from my first rented property (not rented through Jennette Properties) due to some problems. The Jennette agent called my back within 30 minutes. She worked with me to get an affordable property and showed it to me that day. She helped me work through details to enable me to make the payment since I did not have a checkbook with me. I highly recommend this company and found them very responsive and helpful. i was in the new property by that evening.

Tried using Fall of 2016 for Spring of 2017. Horrible, call backs and or email responses poor. So glad we went VRBO

T. Y. was the worst property manager possible. Unresponsive and dishonest. If you use Jennette Properties, as we did for River Strand, be sure you won't be dealing with her. In fact, we'll probably avoid Jennette Properties altogether. It was a brand new condo, filthy, we spent a week cleaning it, and she had the balls to charge us a carpet cleaning fee after we checked out of an immaculate condo 90 days later. I would love to have seen a picture of the stain she claims she found.
