My pedicure took forever. The tech broke the bottle of polish I chose and it drained all over the floor. I had to wait while she cleaned it. The tech who did my manicure kept removing the polish on two of my fingers to start over. She didn't re-apply the base coat. The polish on those nails chipped off in large chunks within 24 hours.
Excellent service! The owner is an absolutely great person!
I have been to this salon myself and have also brought my mom and my daughter. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They run on time for appointments and the quality of their pedicures is top level. The salon is very clean and feels more like a spa than a nail place. The best part for me is they have two women that do chair massages either while you get your nails done or in the massage chair.
