The staff was incompetent I went due to a rash caused by my medicine that can in fact lead to further health complications, my throat and tongue were swelling and it was getting difficult to swallow, I had expressed this and the nurse who was treating me was trying to tell me it was hand foot and mouth? Interesting! I hadn't been around anyone infected and never have and even after I expressed that she continued to tell me I had hand foot and mouth and that is what I had to be treated for. Service is worse than when it was still Jennersville Hospital.
It’s easy to complain when you are sick everyone thinks they should be the priority. The ER is very nice, staff was friendly, moved quickly but very thorough. Much nicer than many I have seen! The waiting area is nice and the tvs actually have shows/sports which is a nice feature for those waiting.
