2026-02 - We were just here two weeks ago doing an annual wellness exam / physical for my child, which is included in our insurance. However, they "forgot" to do the eye and hernia exam. So, when we needed the doctor to simply fill out a 1 page form for school sports, they forced us to come back in so they could charge us for a full office visit, which incurred a co-pay from our insurance. The full office visit only entailed the eye and hernia exam. This is bullshit...
Dr Nicole Rickard is aware of my history and she takes the time to have a discussion about concerns she sees and concerns I have so that we can get a plan in place that works effectively. Prior to office visits we trade information on the portal so that the time used during office visits is productive and conclusive. The communication prior to visits is quick and detailed so I don't end up arriving for an appointment with a lot of unknowns.
Difficult to get appointment when sick.
