Had a great new patient appt with Jennifer Flynn. She was patient and knowledgeable and didn’t rush me at all. Highly recommend! Edit: well.. coming back to knock off a few stars. I still stand by my great experience with Jennifer Flynn. But I’m appalled that my 25 minute new patient appt was billed at $500???? I literally had my blood pressure taken and we discussed family history - how is that $500? This should be billed as CPT code 99202 which averages around $170 total cost for private insurance. Absolutely the worst they don’t care at all been trying to get them for over a week, one day called twice they said they would call me back next day they did but they knew I was flying to Tennessee, called me while in Tennessee called them back again twice that day no response called today twice just called again & they are closed , I owned my own business never once did I leave till I returned every phone call, this is supposed to be a doctor, I’ll never use them ever again don’t waste your time they don’t care.

First visit, was easy to set up, got reminders, portal easy to use. On arrival, forms easy to fill out, and wait not long. I appreciate that staff were friendly, professional, and did not make me feel rushed. Jerilyn took all my vital information, and Jen Flynn FNP reviewed my previous medical records, asking important questions and listening to my concerns.
