Have lived here for a year now. Good neighborhood to raise kids. We do a lot of block party type events.
No pool for that community and when we moved in next door they happen to leave the biggest tree we've ever seen knock down in our driveway blocking our therapy horses access to the land. That ginormous tree is still laying there over a month later and they aren't paying rent for that land they're taking up so obviously they're just about money and quick sales but not doing the right thing
Piss poor subcontractors very cheap and lack of quality workmanship. Lack of effort in building skills to assert and finish product cleanly and neatly no attention to detail, fixtures rusting after several weeks occupying the home. after acquiring our new home and moving in the ac stopped working, due to the drywall guys drilled a screw into the ac line and freon dispersing out, bird seeds all over the place behind the washer and in closet spaces that was handed over to us.
