Jenna does excellent work at really great prices. Plus she's very easy to talk to and seek opinions from.
I have only positive things to say about Jenna's Alterations. I recently had a coal altered there, and Jenna not only had the work finished earlier than expected, but also charged me the bottom end of what she had quoted me when I first contacted her. The price was excellent and the work is good (I have no complaints, although admittedly I can't say it was a difficult piece), and she is a pleasure to deal with.
