**This is not a review of Dr. Wishnew who is great but of the deceptive billing practices of the two facilities she works out of** I was a patient of Dr. Wishnew at 'Richardson Wound Care Center' for a C-section wound infection. It took 16 visits to heal, with a total bill of $20,000 to my insurance, of which I paid about $1,650 out of pocket.
