I really liked Jenna as a person. As a physician I'm not so sure. I was attempting to change a longterm antidepressant I was on, and she prescribed another to replace it. Unfortunately she instructed me how to take it in complete error, causing me to suffer from serotonin syndrome, an incredibly terrible experience, trust my word on that! I additionally had to educate myself as to what happened to me.
MS Jenna Whitehead is undoubtedly the most on the ball and PROFESSIONAL Caregiver I have ever had AND as a Pallative Patient I've had several but, none equal her Standard of Care, Kindness and overall Professionalism! All I can say is my fear of leaving the Doctors I did have in N.C. we're great until I met and, have now experienced such Amazing care from Ms Whitehead. Have been to this doctor twice with my fiance about his pain after breaking his leg in multiple places 2 years ago. She keeps telling us she will prescribe certain medications and even send him to a pain management doctor and then never prescribes medications or sent the referral, we feel as though she's discriminating.
