Ordered item on 4/1. Reached out via email and other methods. No response. Definitely no item shipped within 7-10 days. And can’t get their attention. Now have to wait a month to hope PayPal will give me my money back. Update: responded on 4/17. Much too late to be on time for the occasion ordered for.
