Jenna went above and beyond to get my loan closed as quickly as possible. Anytime I had questions or needed her she was there, with my work schedule she always accommodated her availability around my hours which meant late evenings of emails and phone calls for her. Jenna was very professional and knowledgeable. If you are ever looking to purchase a new home or even just refinance make her your first and only contact!

UPDATE 8/11/24/ PHOTO ATTACHED; Jenna’s response in regard to my review via email, stating she “sleeps wonderfully” after expressing the distress & unfair treatment I felt I endured. The process was stressful & there was zero transparency. Had it of not been for the efforts of my realtor, I would of been stuck at a higher interest rate than I locked.
