Balled my eyes out on the phone crying over a tooth abscess that I’ve already been seen for with them and currently taking steroids and antibiotics for. I called again and asked for pain meds and this rude no office or customer service etiquette woman with no emotion in her tone of voice told me to just go to the emergency room, which I’ve done already too. She’s quick to cater to the corrupt healthcare money grabbing business in making patients go broke rather than helping them in need.
She is Awesome! Smart, Caring, & well educated. She would a great Doctor someday! I enjoy her couple.
