Don’t waste your time getting involved with this counseling center. I saw her for about a year with no problems then she stopped showing up for our appointments( telehealth visits) then she stopped answering my text and just acting like she didn’t even know me.
makes you feel like a person and not a burden. i’ve never felt more heard, and validated. i love her to death and she has saved me from myself many times. If you’re struggling I highly recommend letting her in, you won’t regret it.
Jenna Mudd is amazing and gets on your level. She offers guidance to help process things and a is a huge encourager. She has recommended books/workbooks to help along the way. She is truly outstanding to work with and I highly recommend her!
Scheduled two appointments in 2 week’s and she canceled each an hour before appointments. Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. I can understand one emergency an hour before the first appointment, but to do the same thing again 2 weeks later at rescheduled appointment. Had the patient canceled like this I’m sure payment would have been expected. Dependability zero, compassion for patient’s mental health also scores a zero! If you truly need mental health help you deserve better than Jenna Mudd Counseling can offer.
Office is very unprofessional. Canceled appointments 30 minutes- 1 hour before appointment time. Has no consideration for the fact that I had mentions on multiple accounts that I was asking off work to go to these appointments. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!
