My wife and I received service from genetics testing service Columbia University. Dr. Turocy’s name was on our test results. Eventhough we had no direct interaction with the doctor, the billing department and they way they handle the bills were nightmare. When I called to find out the reason for double billing me, instead of a clear response, the biller hung up the phone rudely in the middle of conversation.
