I wish I could give you -10 stars. Who drops a patient without notice or reason. In that letter ( that you never sent to me, your receptionist/MA had it jonny on the spot ready to read over the phone to me) you say that I could contact you in a case of an emergency or some such nonsense. Girl bye! Your team is unprofessional and so are you. I received a reminder txt message of an appointment the same day that I was terminated as a patient. How awkward would that have been?
